Hustlrs is an accountability app where you deposit money on completing your declared activities. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, username and display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email from them.
- Photos: profile pictures you choose, hustle pictures, and the activity photos you take as proof. Activity photos are visible to the members of the hustle you post them to.
- Activity data: the hustles you create or join, your declared activities and targets, logged activities, chat messages, reactions and flags within your hustles.
- Payment data: deposits, wallet balance, transactions and payouts. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. Hustlrs never sees or stores your card number or bank credentials.
What we use it for
- Running the product: matching you with your hustles, counting activities, resolving results and paying out winnings.
- Processing payments and payouts through Stripe, including the identity verification Stripe requires before sending money to your bank.
- Notifying you about activity in your hustles (you can turn these off in Settings).
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Supabase hosts our database, authentication and photo storage.
- Stripe processes deposits and payouts and performs identity verification for payouts.
- Members of your hustles can see your display name, username, profile picture, activity photos and chat messages within that hustle.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. If you'd like your account and data deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll remove it, except records we're legally required to retain (such as payment records).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us.
